Chicago waives forward Dube
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The Chicago Fire waived forward Kheli Dube on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old Dube joined the Fire in the 2011 Major League Soccer Re-Entry Draft, but did not appear in a match this season.
"We want to thank Kheli for his time with the Chicago Fire and wish him well in his next venture," said Fire coach Frank Klopas.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Dube started his MLS career with the New England Revolution in 2008 and played 71 matches for the club over four seasons. He had 14 goals and nine assists.
