CB Corey Graham jumped at opportunity to play for hometown Buffalo Bills
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The Washington Redskins didn't stand a chance once the Buffalo Bills made free agent cornerback Corey Graham an offer.
Graham was so eager to play for his hometown team, he canceled a dinner with Redskins coaches to turn his attention to Buffalo.
Graham called the decision a "no-brainer" on Thursday, a day after agreeing to a four-year deal with the Bills.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Growing up in Buffalo, Graham rooted for the Bills. Hall of Fame running back Thurman Thomas and special teams star Steve Tasker were among his favorite players. And Graham was miffed at the Bills for not drafting him in 2007.
After splitting the past seven years between Chicago and Baltimore, Graham believes he can help turn around a franchise that's gone 14 seasons without a playoff berth.
