Arizona running back Andre Ellington is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Falcons after aggravating a hip injury.

Ellington left the field slowly with 10:13 remaining in the second quarter. He had five carries for 12 yards before the injury. He had 10 carries for only 24 yards in the Cardinals' 19-3 loss to Seattle last week and was probable on Arizona's final injury report of the week with foot and hip injuries.

Also, Arizona safety Tyrann Mathieu hurt his thumb and is questionable to return.

Marion Grice and Stepfan Taylor were the immediate replacements for Ellington at running back.

Falcons defensive end Stansly Maponga (elbow) and cornerback Desmond Trufant (neck) were listed as questionable to return with second-quarter injuries.
