Caps extend Orlov
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Arlington, VA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Washington Capitals signed defenseman Dmitry Orlov to a two-year, $4 million contract extension on Thursday.
Orlov will earn $1.75 million during the 2014-15 season and $2.25 million in 2015-16.
The 22-year-old Russian native has registered three goals and six assists in 38 games with Washington this season.
