Camila Giorgi beats Karin Knapp 6-4, 6-2 to reach Generali Ladies final in Linz
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Camila Giorgi defeated fellow Italian Karin Knapp 6-4, 6-2 Saturday to reach the final of the Generali Ladies.
Chasing her first career title, Giorgi will play either the seventh-seeded Karolina Pliskova of the Czech Republic or Anna-Lena Friedsam of Germany in Sunday's final.
The 42nd-ranked Giorgi, who hasn't dropped a set in the tournament, will go into her second final of the season after losing to Alize Cornet in Katowice, Poland in April.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Giorgi broke Knapp in the third game to take the opening set. She dropped serve early in the second but won six straight games from 2-0 down to close out the win.
