ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. – The Buffalo Bills have cut little-used veteran running back Tashard Choice.
The team announced the move in a one-sentence release issued on Wednesday before the Bills (4-8) returned to practice to prepare for their game at Tampa Bay (3-9) on Sunday.
Choice is a six-year NFL veteran, who was in his third season in Buffalo. He ranks third on the team with 126 yards rushing behind co-starters C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson.
Choice's best outing came in a 35-17 loss at New Orleans on Oct. 27, when he had seven carries for 35 yards. He also has four catches for 10 yards.
