Blue Jays activate Lind from DL
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Toronto, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - The Toronto Blue Jays activated first baseman Adam Lind from the 15-day disabled list Thursday and optioned pitcher Chad Jenkins to Triple-A Buffalo.
Lind landed on the disabled list with tightness in his lower back and has been absent from the Blue Jays' lineup since April 15.
The 30-year-old slugger batted .324 with one home run and six RBI over 13 games prior to being sidelined.
