Blackburn signs Vukcevic on three-year deal

Blackburn completed the signing of Simon year contract.

Vukcevic, 25, still has to collect a visa and work permit, but could debut for the Rovers Saturday against Everton at Ewood Park in the Premier League.

"Hopefully he'll be back in the country some time (Wednesday)," said Blackburn manager Steve Kean. "If he comes back with all the appropriate paperwork, then he will train with us on Thursday and Friday in preparation for ... Everton."

Vukcevic was at Sporting Lisbon from 2007-11, and previously played at Saturn Moscow and Partizan.
