Turin, Italy – Juventus added Danish striker Nicklas Bendtner on a one-year loan deal from Arsenal on Friday.
Bendtner, 24, has been with Arsenal since 2005, but spent last season on loan at Sunderland, where he scored eight goals in 28 fixtures. He also played the 2006-07 season on loan at Birmingham City.
His move to Italy could become permanent next year, when the Serie A champions have the option to buy the player.
Bendtner has 20 goals in 52 matches for Denmark.
