Baylor denies trolling TCU in team photo

WACO, Texas -- Baylor officials insist it is a fluke that Nos. 61 and 58 are side-by-side in the Bears' new football team photo.
TCU fans likely won't believe that since the Frogs lost 61-58 at Baylor last season.
In the front row of the Baylor photo taken this week are two senior offensive linemen, No. 61 Jarell Broxton and No. 58 Spencer Drango. They are in that order with coach Art Briles close behind them.

''Weird coincidence,'' Baylor spokesman Heath Nielsen said Friday. ''Hard to believe, I know.''
Nielsen said players were sorted by class. Seniors were on the front rows with Briles, then sorted by height by the out-of-town photographer doing the shoot Thursday.
Big 12 co-champs Baylor and TCU were both left out of the first College Football Playoff last season. The loss in Waco was the only one for the Horned Frogs, while Baylor suffered its only regular-season game the following week at West Virginia.

This season, Baylor plays at TCU on Nov. 27, the day after Thanksgiving.
FOX Sports' Bruce Feldman writes that Baylor's time for an undefeated title run is now, while Stewart Mandel writes that TCU has one key advantage Baylor can't overcome.
Meanwhile, there's the good ol' trolling.
