Athletics place Fuentes on bereavement list

The Oakland Athletics have placed pitcher A Sacramento.

Fuentes, who is eligible to return Saturday, has a record of 2-8 with 12 saves and a 3.96 earned run average in 60 games this season. He has a 1.59 ERA in his last 22 outings.

Blevins has made 19 appearances for the Athletics in numerous call-ups this season and has no record with a 3.80 ERA. This will be his sixth recall in 2011.
