Antonio Brown was perhaps the best receiver in the NFL last season. The Steelers receiver welcomed a NFL film crew to watch him practice and share his tips to becoming almost as good as he is.

Brown, also one of the best route runners in the league, starts off by telling how he uses various movements at the line to gain separation from opposing defenders.

"The feet don't stop," Brown said via the league's official YouTube channel. "You gotta be in and out of your breaks and cuts, and you want to be able to get to top speed real quick."

Sounds easy enough Antonio -- 129 catches here we come!
