Manchester, England (SportsNetwork.com) - Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero is expected to miss the next two weeks because of a hamstring injury, City manager Manuel Pellegrini said.
Aguero was substituted at halftime in City's 2-1 Champions League defeat against Barcelona on Wednesday, and he is certain to miss this weekend's league contest at Hull City.
The Argentina international has undergone tests and he is expected to learn the full extent of the injury on Saturday, which Pellegrini believes will prevent him from playing in the Manchester derby against Manchester United on March 25.

"Sergio will know tomorrow [Saturday] what he has," Pellegrini said. "It is 48 hours after they do the exam to know exactly what it is. I don't know if it is really very serious. I don't think so. I hope he will be injured for [only] a couple of weeks."
Aguero, 25, is now set for his third spell out of action due to injury, which has limited him to 17 league appearances this term.
Despite the injuries Aguero has managed to net 15 goals with five assists in league play, and his absence leaves Pellegrini with just two healthy forwards as Stevan Jovetic is also sidelined with his own hamstring problem.
