Adrian Peterson's wife gives birth to son before Vikings-Chargers game

Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson should have some extra incentive to run hard against the San Diego Chargers in Week 3. His wife Ashley gave birth to their son, Axyl Eugene Peterson, on Sunday morning, the Vikings' official Twitter account announced.
After a slow start, Peterson got his comeback on track with a 192-yard offensive performance against the Detroit Lions in Week 2.
The emotion of bringing a new life into this world could fuel Peterson's performance on Sunday versus the Chargers.
