2025 Women's March Madness odds: South Carolina favored despite loss

The South Carolina Gamecocks won the 2024 NCAA women's March Madness tournament, and have begun their quest to win three out of four.

But they've already hit their first bump in the road.

The Gamecocks won the national title in 2022, lost in the Final Four in 2023, and then won the title again this past season. But in each of those seasons, they won at least their first 12 games.

On Sunday, they fell 77-62 at UCLA, and the Gamecocks now sit at 5-1.

Did the Gamecocks remain atop the oddsboard to make it two in a row?

Let's take a full look at the early NCAA tournament betting board at DraftKings Sportsbook as of Nov. 25.

NCAA Women's Tournament Winner 2025 odds:

South Carolina: +300 (bet $10 to win $40 total)
UConn: +400 (bet $10 to win $50 total)
Notre Dame: +400 (bet $10 to win $50 total)
USC: +600 (bet $110 to win $70 total)
Texas: +700 (bet $10 to win $80 total)
UCLA: +900 (bet $10 to win $100 total)

With the loss, South Carolina went from +200 to +300, but remained atop the oddsboard.

UConn remained in second, but USC, previously third, dropped to fourth after a 74-61 loss to Notre Dame last week.

The Fighting Irish moved to third.

UCLA went from +1500 to +900 after ending the Gamecocks' 43-game winning streak.
