A Shelby, North Carolina man claims to have a video of the legendary Bigfoot. Thomas Byers was driving with a friend when he says he saw Bigfoot cross Golden Valley Church Road in Rutherford County Tuesday evening. Sun reader Jason Cooke spotted "Nessie" while browsing the Web site's satellite photos. The shape seen on the surface of the 22-mile Scottish loch is 65ft long and appears to have an oval body, a tail and four legs or flippers. Speculation quickly arose that this creature discovered on Montauk, Long Island, and quickly dubbed the "Montauk Monster" was a chupacabra. Others theorized that it might be a hitherto unknown marine mammal, a sea turtle without its shell, an artful Photoshop creation or cue the " X-Files" theme an escaped experiment from the government animal-disease research facility on Plum Island, just offshore from Montauk.

A young woman in Spokane, Washington claims to have captured definitive video footage of the legendary Bigfoot, the elusive ape-like humanoid that famously avoids high definition footage. The woman in question -- who revealed herself to the media only as "Samantha" -- says she was filming a group of friends hike through Downriver Park in Spokane when her iPhone inadvertently picked up the mythical beast.
