Actress, standup comedian, hostess, voice actor, and landlord? That's a lot of hats for anyone to wear, but it looks like Caroline Rhea, perhaps best known for her role as the quirky, witchy aunt on the hit '90s TV show "Sabrina the Teenage Witch," had the magic to do so.
But perhaps the 51-year-old comedian is ready to hang up her pointed hat when it comes to being a landlord. According to Variety, Rhea recently put her cozy 1925 Mediterranean-revival triplex in Los Angeles on the market for $1.795 million.
Rhea's multifamily home, located in the Hollywood Hills, won't need any witchcraft to conjure up cash. According to the listing, the three units generate a combined income of $7,200 a month -- enough to cover your mortgage note if you can cough up about 45% down with a 30-year fixed mortgage.
The complex offers two units with two bedrooms and one bathroom each; and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom loft that sits over a four-car garage.
All of the apartments feature hardwood floors throughout. One of the two-bedroom units has a fireplace, Palladian windows, and a dancing pole.
Property records indicate Rhea bought the hillside triplex in 2006 for $1.65 million, so the entertainer may eke out a small profit from her ownership of this magical, multi-unit home.
