"Today" co-anchor and recent West Coast transplant, Natalie Morales has picked up a newly built home in L.A.'s Brentwood neighborhood for $6.8 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Morales recently packed up her Hoboken, NJ, home to become an all-purpose correspondent and anchor for NBC. Her new, gated home in the posh Los Angeles neighborhood has a combo contemporary-traditional style and measures over 7,000 square feet. There are six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a master suite with a fireplace.

Light wood floors stretch throughout the main floor, and a wall of folding french doors leads to an outdoor entertainment space with a pool. The spacious kitchen has an oversize island, and the formal dining room is next to a wine wall set within tempered glass. The home came on the market in early June for $6,795,000, which means Morales kicked in an extra five grand to seal the deal.

Now that the Olympic Summer Games are mercifully over, Morales, 44, is performing a multitude of tasks for NBC. She'll be "Today's" West Coast anchor, and will host "Access Hollywood" at night and "Access Hollywood Live" during the day. We're still trying to figure out when she sleeps, but we know she has a luxurious place to rest her head.

Morales is married to investment banker Joe Rhodes, and they have two young sons.
