Terius Youngdell Nash, aka award-winning songwriter and solo artist The-Dream, is selling his traditional Southern home in his hometown of Atlanta.
The-Dream has won five Grammys, released eight studio albums, and was named BET's Best New Artist in 2008. Equally prolific at writing hits for others, The-Dream has penned tunes for Beyonc's "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)," Rihanna's "Umbrella," and even Justin Bieber's "Baby."
Listed for about $1.5 million, his Buckhead-area home is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom affair located on an impressive wooded lot.
We can't offer up many deets about the interior of the home -- we have only one photo to go on -- but the listing notes "high ceilings, hardwoods throughout, and a gourmet kitchen."
Built in 2006, the home boasts an open floor plan and a large master suite with a walk-in closet. Out back, there's an in-ground pool.
The-Dream released a surprise album earlier this year with a twist. The visual album included 10 new tracks along with a 42-minute video.
