Tech investor Kevin DeNuccio and wife Claudia are selling their New York City penthouse for $3.47 million.
The building, located in Manhattan's Murray Hill neighborhood, has appeared in several popular movies including “Godfather III,” “Scarface,” “Bullets Over Broadway” and Marvel's Spider-Man films.
Many of the apartments on the building's top floor — including this property— have three-story living rooms and cinematic terra-cotta terraces decked out with griffins and gargoyles.
