Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra has purchased one hot property.
Although the Heat were bounced from the playoffs by the Toronto Raptors, the 45-year-old boss capped off his season with a real estate win: a 4,200-square-foot, Plantation-style estate in Coconut Grove, FL, for $2.6 million, the Miami Herald reported.
The fully renovated residence will be the perfect nest for lovebirds Spoelstra and his fiancee, former Heat cheerleader Nikki Sapp. Sapp recently posted a photo on Instagram, writing, "My friends threw me a surprise bridal shower and it was everything."

She should then be more than pleased with this luxury home, which also seems to have it all, beginning with plenty of privacy. The gated road ends in a brick driveway and a grand pillared entry. The lush gardens add to the tranquil and tropical setting.
Built in 1937, the five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house also includes separate guest quarters.
The open and airy space sports wide-plank lightwood floors and bright white walls. The brand-new kitchen includes an island and breakfast nook. And there's plenty of room for entertaining, with covered decks, a pool, and a wet bar.

The easy living continues into the family room, which features a vaulted wood-beam ceiling and cozy fireplace.
