Hot Houses: Star Trek lover's fantasy mansion and Kirsten Dunst's posh SoHo pad

Each week FOXNews.com picks its Top 3 over-the-top luxury listings from Mansion Global.

This week we have a Star Trek lover’s fantasy mansion, Kirsten Dunst’s posh SoHo pad and the Manhattan penthouse of your dreams.

Here's a mansion that's truly out of this world.

This sprawling Boca Raton, Fla. home, on the market for $29.95 million, is actually modeled on Star Trek’s Starship Enterprise.

Looks can be deceiving. On the outside, the nine-bedroom, 27,000-square-foot property appears to be a traditional estate. On the inside, guests are immediately transported to another universe.

The movie theater room is a replica of the bridge of the Star Trek Enterprise. It comes with a 10-foot movie screen with a projector that plays 3D movies and can accommodate 11 people.

The middle row of the theatre is fully equipped with a vibrating floor. A fully equipped bar outside the movie theater is also designed to look like the inside of the Starship and features a full-scale Borg model.

IVANKA TRUMP CUTS THE RENT ON HER NEW YORK CITY CONDO

Don’t worry if Star Trek isn’t your juvenile fantasy. There’s more. There’s also a “Call of Duty”-themed game room, a wine room with space for 1,500 bottles, a 68-camera strong security system, a retro games arcade and a resort-style pool and spa complete with a waterfall.

The current owner is entrepreneur Marc Bell, who at one point owned Penthouse magazine and produced a number of musicals, including “Jersey Boys."

Looking for a glitzy address with a little less kitsch? Actress  Kirsten Dunst has put her SoHo loft on the market for $5 million.

The gorgeous Manhattan pad perched atop an eight-unit pre-war building on Canal Street, contains oversized arched windows with stunning views of the river. The entire place has been gut renovated, but maintains its classic exposed brick interiors.

Access to the apartment is through a private elevator, perfect for anyone looking to protect his or her privacy.

The value of the home has increased significantly since Dunst bought it in 2007 for $3.09 million.

Other features include 11-foot ceilings, wooden flooring throughout, a large open-plan living area, a sizable kitchen decked out with marble countertops and an adjacent dining area.

The generous master suite comes with a brand new en-suite bathroom with a vintage clawfoot soaking tub, separate shower and mosaic tiled floors.

But compared to this SoHo penthouse, Kirsten’s place is downright modest. You have to see this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse to believe it.

The massive New York City apartment takes up an entire floor of the building and boasts over-10-foot ceilings and four exposures with incredible views and a private 718-square-foot terrace.

Its open layout allows for entertaining in the dining area, great room and private terrace, says broker Tamir Shemesh of Corcoran, while the media room, breakfast area and bedrooms allow for privacy and quiet.

The custom-made kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances, a Sub-Zero wine cooler and a stainless steel sink with Dornbracht fixtures. The apartment features direct elevator access, hydronic radiant underfloor heating and a gas fireplace and wet bar surrounded by black Saint Laurent marble.

The master bedroom has two walk-in closets, and each bedroom has its very own ensuite bathroom.

It could all be yours for $17.5 million.
