Superstar pair Gwyneth Paltrow and ex-husband Chris Martin are in the process of consciously uncoupling from their TriBeCa penthouse. They’ve put the tony property on the market for just shy of $10 million.

The home was designed by Roman and Williams and features 11-foot-ceilings, painted white floors, French doors, an impressive 500-square-foot decked terrace and even a quirky sofa swing.
In an effort to showcase the eclectic home, Paltrow featured the property on her lifestyle blog Goop (http://goop.com/home-tour-gps-nyc-apartment/), alongside $600 white button down shirts and $700 heels.

The apartment is in the chic River Lofts development, which was designed by architect Tony Ingrao. The building includes a doorman, a gym and direct elevator access to the garage for celebrity-level privacy.

The cottage is configured with three bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The master suite opens up to a well manicured backyard. The living room features a quaint historic fireplace.
Bell used the carriage house while he fought for patents for his inventions, most famously telephones. He worked in his lab across the street, which has since been renamed the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
