"Pitch Perfect" star Brittany Snow just hit the right note with the purchase of a brand-new, Spanish-style home for $2.18 million in the Studio City neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The five-bedroom, 3,830-square-foot house is a complete rebuild of a home originally built in 1938 -- such is the way of the market in Southern California.
The new home is spread over two stories with a stylish white-and-espresso-colored modern interior. Features include oak floors, beamed ceilings and a second-story veranda. The master bathroom has stylish marblework, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
However, it doesn't appear as if this was a custom build for the 29-year-old actress -- the house hit the open market in August for $2.17 million.
The talented thespian rose to fame with her starring role on NBC's "American Dreams" in 2002. She is currently creating a buzz with rumors of a relationship with filmmaker Andrew Jenks.
No word if she'll be sharing her new pad with "Pitch Perfect" co-star Kelley Jakle, with whom she shared a house in Los Angeles.
