Tim Heidecker -- co-creator of the bizarre cult comedy show "Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!" -- is parting ways with his cozy digs in Los Angeles for $749,000.

This refurbished Spanish-style home, which was built in 1925, is located in Atwater Village. Records indicate Heidecker bought it in 2007.

The home's original details include a Batchelder tile fireplace, wood windows, coved ceilings, and arched built-in shelving. Surrounded by an ivy-covered fence, the private corner lot includes a covered patio with Saltillo tile in the backyard. The 1,091-square-foot house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an updated kitchen -- perfect for preparing some homemade sauce and spaghett.

Heidecker has been a longtime resident of the area. While living 15 minutes away in Central L.A. in 2006, a neighbor's son high on PCP stabbed Heidecker in the back when he tried to help the mother.

This year, the comedian has been busy attending both political conventions, starring in a fourth season of his political thriller "Decker," and hosting the eighth season of "On Cinema at the Cinema." He also owns a home in Glendale, which inspired his latest album, " In Glendale," which was released earlier this year.
