Drum roll, please: Indie rock drummer Matt Helders has put his Glendale, CA, home on the market for $1.4 million.
The Arctic Monkeys member and DJ seems to prefer a more central -- and celeb-filled -- locale: Variety reports he recently purchased Zooey Deschanel's country-chic pad in the Hollywood Hills.
But the Glendale listing has its own Hollywood history. The late comedic actor Don Knotts of "The Andy Griffith Show" and "Three's Company" once lived in the home.
It's easy to see the home's appeal. Built in 1934, the three-bedroom, Spanish-Colonial features a heated saltwater pool, teak floors, and a magnesite staircase. The green-certified renovated kitchen includes a built-in banquette and Caesarstone countertops.
Remodeled bathrooms come with claw-foot tubs. The master suite boasts a "fashionista closet" and a quaint balcony.
But Helders is on to a new house -- and a new baby: The 29-year-old British transplant recently confirmed that he and fiance Breana McDow are expecting their first child together.
"On Halloween a new monster is born," McDow recently posted on Instagram.
