"Zoolander" star Ben Stiller and his wife, actress Christine Taylor, have snagged a luxe, full-floor condo in Manhattan's meatpacking district for $15.31 million, The Observer reports.
The 3,395-square-foot condo is located at 150 Charles St. in the West Village, a celebrity magnet that also claims Jon Bon Jovi and Sports Illustrated model Irina Shayk as residents.
Stiller's four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom unit features 50 feet of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Hudson River. An entry gallery, perfect for artwork, leads to an open living room. The kitchen is appointed with walnut cabinets and Alabama white-vein marble counters, a 78-bottle wine refrigerator, and Miele coffee station.
The luxurious building includes a 75-foot lap pool, hot tub and plunge pool, gym, children's playroom, and juice bar.
The celeb couple are moving downtown from their previous Upper West Side duplex, which they reportedly sold in 2013 for nearly $9 million, about a million less than they paid in 2008, Variety reports. The mag adds Stiller currently owns 14 ocean-view acres near Kilauea, HI; modest digs in the foothills above Studio City in Los Angeles; and a 33-acre spread north of Manhattan in Chappaqua, NY.
How can they afford it? Easy! According to Box Office Mojo, Stiller's films have grossed a total of $2.8 billion.
