Baseball legend Barry Larkin is giving his seven-bedroom Orlando, FL, mansion another shot on the market -- and maybe a price drop of nearly $3 million will do the trick this time, after attempts in 2012 and 2014 fizzled.

Larkin was a rock-steady shortstop for the Cincinnati Reds for 19 years before retiring in 2005. During his storied career, the Reds won the 1990 World Series, he nabbed the 1995 National League MVP, and was named to the All-Star squad 12 times.

Why his home remains unsold is a mystery: The 14,477-square-foot custom estate is located on 2.46 waterfront acres, complete with a tennis court, boat dock, and swimming pool.

Downright opulent interiors make this home a haven for entertainers. From the two-story entryway flanked by curved staircases with chrome handrails and clear railings -- guaranteed to wow your guests -- to the round, windowed dining hall overlooking the backyard and lake.

The kitchen is a masterpiece of decadence (perhaps a bit too decadent?), with shiny blue cabinetry, white walls, silver accents aplenty, and blue-and-gray speckled countertops.

Each of the seven bedrooms is special in its own right, but the crme de la crme is a cloud-like white room with shag carpeting and a round bar for late-night libations.
