Queen of the indies actress Parker Posey is having a pretty good July. Not only has her Woody Allen film "Cafe Society" opened to not-bad reviews, but her co-op in New York's Greenwich Village has found a fast buyer, too, the New York Observer reports.
Posey listed the one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit in May for $1.45 million. She even made a cameo appearance in the listing photos with her bichon fris, Gracie, snuggling on her lap. Now, that's the way for a celeb listing to get some attention.
The 850-square-foot, prewar apartment features daylong sunlight, a spacious living room, three walk-in closets, a windowed dining area, and an oversize master suite with north and east exposures. Appointments include beamed ceilings and hardwood floors throughout.

The building housing her co-op was built in 1923 and is located a stone's throw from restaurants and shops, Washington Square Park, and New York University.
Posey is best known as part of the Christopher Guest film repertory company and has appeared in Guest's mockumentaries "Best in Show," "A Mighty Wind," and "For Your Consideration." She plays the witty owner of a modeling agency in "Cafe Society," Allen's new comedy that's set in 1930s Los Angeles.
The apartment was co-listed by Yael Dunsky and Mindy Brill.
