Tea Party activists say that their principles are misunderstood and even misconstrued when it comes to diversity.   A small but passionate crowd of tea party African-American and Hispanic supporters rallied on the steps of Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta.  Portia Bruner for WAGA has the story.
