Report: Elizabeth Edwards Recorded Secret Video for Prosecutors Before Death

Before her death, Elizabeth Edwards reportedly recorded a video for prosecutors explaining what she knew about her husband John's affair.

The former senator was indicted last week on federal charges that he used campaign money to cover up his affair with Rielle Hunter. The National Enquirer reported Friday that his wife tried to assist the case with a secret video.

"On the secret video, Elizabeth spells out everything she knew," a source told the Enquirer.

Elizabeth Edwards died in December 2010 after a long battle with cancer.
