Mysterious Signs Lead to Latino Urging Silent Protest

WFMZ-TV reported today that residents of Reading, PA, discovered curious, spray-painted signs on two of their streets this morning: “Latino No Vote,” these said in Spanish. When the station tracked down the signs’ creator, they found he was himself Latino—and angry, he said, at how his community’s needs had been ignored.
