Eugene Kontorovich is a professor and director of the Center for International Law in the Middle East at George Mason University Scalia Law School. He is also a scholar at the Kohelet Policy Forum, a Jerusalem-based think tank. He extensively consulted with the Trump administration on aspects of its Israeli-Palestinian peace plan that relate to international law.
