Tom Campbell is a professor of economics and a professor of law at Chapman University, where he served as Dean of the Fowler School of Law. He was for many years a tenured professor at Stanford Law School, teaching advanced antitrust, and was also Dean of the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago and a JD, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He served five terms in the U.S. Congress, including on the antitrust subcommittee of the Judiciary Committee, representing Silicon Valley. He was head of the FTC’s antitrust enforcement bureau in the Reagan administration. Professor Campbell provides antitrust advice in Washington, D.C., to Netchoice, an association of tech firms.
