The New York Times is featuring another batch of stolen American war documents from its partners at Wiki-Leaks. Almost as troubling is its pathetic attempt to clean up the outlaw group’s image.

Last January, Times editor Bill Keller went out of his way to personally demean founder Julian Assange, likening him to a “bag lady”who “smelled as if he hadn’t bathed in days.”

This week, with its publication of classified materials about terror prisoners held at Guantanamo Bay, the Times is back on the propaganda train, calling WikiLeaks a mere “anti-secrecy organization.”

In truth, it’s anti-American and anarchist. Too bad the Times can’t handle the truth about its sleazy source.
