She is a Latina who radiates inner and outer beauty. Danna Garcia is the face for global beauty brands Maybelline and Garnier Nutrisse. MY Lifestyle Magazine spent a day with this charming Colombian actress during her cover shoot, where she talked about everything from landing her dream role, to stepping out of her comfort zone and showing her sexy side.
For years, Danna has starred in popular Spanish-language soap operas like "Café con Aroma de Mujer," "Un Gancho en el Corazón," "Alguien te Mira" and "Pasión de Gavilanes," to name a few. She began her career as a child star at 4 and went on to appear in dozens of telenovelas and commercials.
During her New York shoot, this top actress couldn't stop talking about one of her proudest moments - starring as the Barbie in the Spanish-language version of Toy Story 3.
"I was in the movie theater and I saw the screening for the first time. I realized that I was a part of that," says Garcia. "It’s the biggest thing that’s ever happened to me, to have the chance of doing that, to be a part of this movie.”
