<b>Ingredients</b>
4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped<br>
½ cup red onion, chopped<br>
1 cup black beans<br>
1 jalapeno, minced (optional)<br>
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped<br>
3 garlic cloves, minced<br>
1 lime, juiced<br>
¼ cup olive oil<br>
¼ teaspoon ground cumin<br>
¼ teaspoon ground coriander<br>
