Just because she is the Queen of Spain does not mean she is any different from any other doting grandma.

On Monday, Queen Sofia, the wife of the reigning monarch King Carlos, was seen toting a bag plastered with photos of her eight grandchildren.

One side featured the faces of her four grandsons Felipe, Juan, Pablo and Miguel, while the other showed her four granddaughters, Victoria, Irene, Leonor and Sofia.

The pictures of Sofia carrying the handbag were taken while the royal matriarch was at the Calanova Sailing School in Mallorca, Spain with her granddaughter Victoria and three of her four grandsons.

The 74-year-old Queen was there visiting the coastal city to spend time with her two daughters, Infanta Elena, the Duchess of Lugo and Infanta Cristina, the Duchess of Palma de Mallorca.
