Giving her signature high-waisted shorts a break, the 23-year-old rocked a cutout dress at the 38th Annual Toronto Film Festival. With a braided ponytail and strappy stilettos, Swift showed off her statuesque figure in Calvin Klein couture. Women love a new way to show off their body without feeling like they’re revealing too much, and the cutout dress is the way to do it.” While this tricky staple may be difficult to pull off if you aren’t as tall and lean as Swift, Kennedy says it can be done if the cutout portion of the dress doesn’t accentuate the parts you don’t want to reveal.
