Style icon and television personality Alexa Chung has finally teased the first preview for her ready-to-wear collection — and it’s every bit as cool as you’ve hoped.

As Refinery29.com reported, the collection, aptly named Alexachung, will be officially released in London on May 30, and live-streamed for those of us across the pond on the brand’s website.

Though this isn’t the 33-year-old’s first foray into design — she’s created collections for Marks & Spencer and Madewell, to name a few — this is her first solo collection. As such, expect to see loads of laid-back, cool-girl threads, inspired by Chung’s signature vintage street style.

Though we still have a few more weeks until we can see the collection in full, the designer did release a short teaser video, titled Alexachung Dressage:

IVANKA TRUMP REPORTEDLY BEING DRESSED BY CELEBRITY STYLIST CAT WILLIAMS

The video, directed by Lorin Askill and Daniel Askill, stars Chung riding a white horse, a nod to her “carefree adolescence in an almost dreamlike equestrian fantasy,” according to a press release. Though she appears to be fully decked out in riding gear, the star’s costume features both a shirt and blazer from her forthcoming collection — it’s subtle, so you may want to pause to catch a detailed glimpse.

Chung explained the concept of the video in a statement, calling it “a tongue-in-cheek celebration of the dedication, precision, skill and determination needed to develop and create something aesthetically pleasing, coupled with the feeling that you could spend endless amounts of time trying to create something that means a lot to you, hoping that some might appreciate it.”

She added: “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I guess it’s supposed to be funny.”

If it’s any indication of the coming collection, we’re in for a serious sartorial treat.
