In March, Mexican telcommunications magnate Carlos Slim Helú opened Museo Soumaya to house his broad collection of art, including works by Da Vinci, Picasso and Renoir. The institution sits directly in front of his new shopping center Plaza Carso, which includes Mexico City's second Saks Fifth Avenue.
