When your best friend's idea of a wedding dress is head-to-toe leather or stripper-heels and lingerie, it's time to call Gretta Monahan and Robert Verdi.
As the fashion consultants on TLC's new series "Brides Gone Styled," Monahan and Verdi have a knack for transforming wild women (fashionably speaking) into best-dressed brides for their wedding day.
"But it's not like other bridal makeovers," says Robert. "What we're doing is taking a bride who has extreme ideas about how she wants to look on her wedding day, and helping her rethink her decision."

But Gretta and Robert don't just slap any old gown on a bride-to-be and call it a day. Monahan and Verdi merely try to preserve their clients' tastes while elevating their personal styles.
"We're not changing these women and making them something they're not; we're discovering something inside of them that's sleeping," says Robert. "And I think that's what real style is."
