Watch the video above and get the look! Step 1: Start with a canvas of clean skin and nude lips. Step 2: Prime lids with an eyeshadow primer to give some grip. Step 3: Start with the outer corner for your cat-eye. Build a shape using a business card. Look at the tail of the brow to achieve the perfect angle. Step 4: Glide color eyeliner from the outer corner towards the center. Then come back and run it from the inner corner to the outer corner to complete the cat-eye. Step 5: Clean up and balance the eyes with makeup removal swabs and concealer. Step 6: As a final step, you can "set" the liner with same-shade eyeshadow using a slanted brush.
