They may be small— a mere 2 pounds each— and born 11 weeks premature, but that hasn’t stopped newborn twins Kristian and Kristiana from starting to bond.
Their mother, Anthea Jackson-Rushford, posted a video on Facebook of the twins holding hands against their father’s chest.
As the beanie-clad fraternal twins move gently, they grasp each other’s tiny hands as their dad looks down on them and smiles.
"He actually holds her hand,” Jackson-Rushford says in the video. “How is that possible? That's just unbelievable.”
Amazing!!! Needs to go viral!!! our preemie twins Kristiana and Kristian! Born at just 28 weeks and 1 day! Weighed in at under a kilo each! #preemietwins
