Toddler drowns in flooded wash in Arizona valley
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}A 2-year-old boy died Sunday night after being pulled from a flooded wash in San Tan Valley.
Rural Metro confirmed that authorities received a call about a missing child around 6:30 pm. After searching for almost a half hour, the boy was found in a flooded wash.
Life saving efforts were performed by firefighters before transported the toddler to Banner Ironwood Hospital.
