Skip- Halle Berry On July 17, 2012 the Oscar winner "suffered a minor head injury" while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, "The Hive," according to her spokesperson. Halle apparenty threw up on set, which is a symptom of a concussion. "She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned," her rep said. Halle is unfortunately no stranger to onset accidents. In 2003 while filming the movie "Gothika" Halle was injured when actor Robert Downey Jr. grabbed her arm in a scene where he was supposed to twist it. Downey did such a good job that he actually broke Berry's arm. Ouch.read more
- Kristin Chenoweth On July 11, 2012 Kristin Chenoweth was rushed to the hospital after windy conditions on the New York set of "The Good Wife" knocked over some lighting that then hit her on the head.
