Cranberries

1 serving (1 c raw) provides 10% of daily recommended amount of VITAMIN C and FIBER
Lowers risk of COLORECTAL, ESOPHAGEAL, MOUTH, PHARYNX, LARYNX, LUNG and STOMACH cancers.

Have antioxidant phytochemicals (flavanoids)

For Thanksgiving: Mix with oranges, apples, pears for a cranberry chutney over turkey. Add to brown rice, bulgar, barley, quinoa or whole wheat stuffing. Mix in for a trail mix as a snack. Add to baked apples, apple crisp, or apple pie.
