Dominican pop sensation Kat De Luna eats healthy, she exercises. To her, being healthy is a lifestyle.
"In order for you to take care of your body, you have to know your body and what it's capable of," she told Dr. Manny during a live interview this week.
She said the Latino community tends to eat poorly. So she's learned to keeping eating the delicious Latin cuisine, but in a healthy way.
"To me, it's all about the workout, it's about keeping fit. I love to run, cardio," she said. "I love to tone up the muscles. But I feel like what I do allows me to stay fit. My music is very energetic."
