According to White Castle, “tables will be served, cravers will be treated like royalty” and “memories will be cherished forever.” Those who take the restaurant up on the opportunity will partake in a candlelit dinner with food from the regular White Castle menu.
But they’ll get to enjoy it on top of a table draped in pink and red decorations.
Fancy fast food may seem like a novelty, but it’s certainly not the first time White Castle has explored its romantic side. In 2016, the chain celebrated its 25th annual Valentine’s Day dinner with reservations for six hours during the day.

In 2013, two separate Mickey D’s in Florida accepted Valentine’s Day reservations. Employees at a Tampa franchise were even retrained to act as waiters for the day. That included red tablecloths, a centerpiece of fake roses and drinking glasses imprinted with heart-shaped motifs.
About 20 reservations were made by couples looking to secure “McMemories” of the occasion.
As for this year's White Castle experience, diners are encouraged to book early, as seating is limited.
