Confession: I love Domino's pizza. Cheap delivery pizza is a pretty heavily debated topic at our office. We have a few Papa John's lovers, a couple of Domino's lovers and then one person who prefers Pizza Hut. We've even been planning to have a blindfolded pizza tasting night sometime. But I think we could easily identify each one, even blindfolded. And that just means that we order pizza too often.
Anyway, this is my attempt at making a slightly healthier version of a Domino's pizza crust.
Don't get me wrong, it's not exactly health food. But I would feel OK about eating this once a week or so, and that's my test. It's basically this: Would I feel really guilty if I ate this every week? If not, then it's probably a pretty decent dinner option. But I'm (obviously) no health expert.
I topped mine with a store-bought sauce, mozzerella, tomatoes, basil and avocados. But you do your thing.
